Welcome to BamBets™. By accessing or using this Site and any of its services, including our software and sweepstakes tournaments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

1. No Purchase Necessary

Participation in BamBets™ sweepstakes tournaments DOES NOT require a purchase to play. A purchase will NOT increase your chances of winning. An alternative method of entry (AMOE) is always available. See Section 5 for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in sweepstakes is legal. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of using BamBets™ services in your local jurisdiction. By using BamBets™, you represent and warrant that your participation does not violate any local, state, or federal laws or regulations.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

BamBets™ may restrict access to certain jurisdictions where sweepstakes, social casinos, or skill-based games are prohibited or heavily regulated. Users from such jurisdictions are not eligible to participate.

4. Memberships

BamBets™ offers multiple membership tiers that grant access to exclusive features, including sweepstakes poker tournaments, digital content, and promotional benefits. All membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Membership benefits may change at our discretion. You can cancel them at any time.

4A. No Gambling Disclaimer

BamBets™ does not offer or support real-money gambling. Our sweepstakes tournaments are compliant with U.S. promotional law and do not constitute gambling because:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win,

  • Prizes are awarded through legal sweepstakes rules, and

  • A free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is available.

All tournament chips, currency, or entries have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, and exist solely for entertainment and sweepstakes participation.

5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter tournaments without a membership, mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, username, email, date of birth, and the tournament you wish to access to:

Then limit is one mail-in entry per 30-day period. Each approved AMOE will grant access to sweepstakes tournaments for 30 days.

6. Sweepstakes Tournaments

BamBets™ tournaments are sweepstakes-based and for entertainment purposes only. Tournament chips and entries have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and do not function as a medium of exchange. Any references to betting, stakes, or winnings are illustrative and non-monetary in nature.

6A. Virtual Currency: BamCoins vs. BamCash

BamBets™ operates using a dual virtual currency model:

  • BamCoins are a non-redeemable virtual currency intended solely for entertainment use. BamCoins may be obtained through gameplay, bonuses, or by purchase. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and are not eligible for redemption of any kind.

  • BamCash is a promotional sweepstakes currency that may be earned through gameplay with BamCoins, awarded via promotions, daily rewards, or acquired through our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). BamCash cannot be purchased directly and may be redeemed for prizes, such as gift cards, merchandise, or cash equivalents (e.g., PayPal), only in accordance with our Sweepstakes Rules.

All uses of BamCash are subject to verification and compliance review. Misuse or manipulation of BamCash for unauthorized gain will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BamBets™ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for commercial purposes outside of its intended function.

  • Cheat, collude, or use automated scripts or bots.

  • Engage in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior in chat or gameplay.

  • Attempt to manipulate sweepstakes outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

9. Prize Substitution and Taxes

We reserve the right to substitute advertised prizes with a prize of equal or greater value. You are solely responsible for any taxes on winnings or prizes awarded.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All BamBets™ services and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any information provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BamBets™ or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in tournaments.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Illinois. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action suit. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. No Refunds on Memberships or Courses

There will be no refunds on Memberships or Courses for any reason.

16. Intellectual Property & Course Copyright

All content within BamBets™ online courses, including videos, text, graphics, audio, and instructional material is the exclusive intellectual property of BamBets™ and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
By purchasing or accessing our courses, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any portion of the content without express written permission from BamBets™. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action, including but not limited to financial damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees.
We take copyright infringement seriously.
